1. General Provisions and Definitions

3. Account Management and Security

Ensuring the security of your account is your own responsibility. p7777c will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized access to an account, unless such access is caused by a technical fault of the platform itself.

  • Use a strong and unique password and change it regularly.
  • Never share your login credentials (email/password) with any third party.
  • End your session after accessing from an unfamiliar device or public network.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals and Payments

4.1 Deposits

p7777c currently accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳200. Deposits are generally credited to the account instantly.

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Once a withdrawal request is approved, funds are typically transferred within 15 minutes to 2 hours.

  • KYC verification must be completed before a withdrawal request can be processed.
  • Withdrawals must be made using the same method used for the deposit — no other method is permitted.

4.3 Currency

5. Bonuses and Promotional Offers

New members will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 earns a bonus of ৳1,200, bringing the total balance to ৳2,200. A 15x wagering requirement applies to use this bonus.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

  • The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15x.
  • Wagering must be completed within a set period from the date the bonus is received.
  • Certain games may be excluded from bonus wagering — see the detailed terms for each offer.
  • Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn until wagering is complete.

5.3 VIP Program

The p7777c VIP program has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Advancing to a higher tier unlocks greater benefits and weekly cashback. The weekly cashback is up to 0.2% at Bronze level and up to 1.0% at Diamond level.

Claiming bonuses through multiple accounts or attempting to abuse bonuses will result in membership cancellation.

6. Gaming Rules and Fair Play

  • Game outcomes are entirely random and not predetermined.

12.2 Closure by Member

13. Dispute Resolution

If a dispute arises, please contact our support team first. We will endeavour to resolve the dispute fairly and promptly.

  • Any complaints or claims must be submitted to the support team in writing.
